Section 56. General Provisions. -

The following provisions are applicable to dancing schools, dance halls and night clubs:

1. These establishments shall be operated and opened for public patronage only when a sanitary permit is issued by the local health authority.

2. These establishments and their premises shall be kept clean and sanitary at all times.

3. Patrons shall be provided with adequate potable water and toilet facilities in accordance with standards prescribed by this Code.

4. There shall be no private rooms or separate compartments for public use except those used for lavatories, dressing rooms, bars and kitchens.
