Section 13. Prohibited compromise. -

The court shall not allow compromise on prohibited matters, such as the following:

1. The civil status of persons;

2. The validity of a marriage or of a legal separation;

3. Any ground lor legal separation;

4. Future support;

5. The jurisdiction of courts; and

6. Future legitime.
