Section 1. The Bacoor District Hospital in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, is hereby upgraded into a Level III general hospital to be known as the Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital and shall be under the direct supervision and control of the Department of Health.

The bed capacity of the Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, is hereby increased from ten (10) to one hundred (100).
