Section 2. Section two of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Sec. 2. The purpose of said College shall be to provide professional and technical instruction in the fields of elementary, secondary and collegiate education, in science, as well as in the humanities for the Mindanao region with special provisions for national cultural minorities inhabiting therein.”
