Section 1. The title of Republic Act Numbered Forty-one hundred ninety-four is hereby amended to read as follows:

“An Act granting Pio Romeo Garcia a franchise to construct, maintain and operate ice plants and cold storage, to distribute and sell ice so manufactured and furnish cold storage in the cities of Pasay, Caloocan, Quezon and Manila and in the provinces of Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon.”
