Section 35. Penal Clause.— Any person who shall commit any of the following acts shall be perpetually disqualified to practice the profession:

  1. Practicing forestry without a valid certificate of registration and a valid professional identification card, or a valid temporary or special permit;

  2. Attempting to use or using the seal, certificate of registration and professional identification card of a registered forester, or temporary or special permit issued to a foreign forester;

  3. Abetting the illegal practice of forestry by an unregistered or unauthorized person;

  4. Securing through false information or fraudulent means certificate of registration and professional identification card, or temporary or special permit;

  5. Impersonating a registered forester or a holder of a temporary or special permit; and

  6. Violating any provision of this Act or the IRR thereof.
