Section 1. The Cabilaoan National High School in the Municipality of Laoac, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby converted, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, into an agro-industrial high school to be known as the Cabilaoan Agro-Industrial High School.
